Qualified Accountant
Responsibilities

Managing and planning assignments, work in progress and billing whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.

Maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients while developing the client base by meeting prospects.

The preparation of financial statements.
-
Company formations and new business tax registrations.
-
Preparing income tax and corporation tax returns.
-
Filing Companies Registration Office returns.
-
Management accounts, Projections, loan applications grant applications.
-
Supervision and mentoring of staff.
-
Implement and monitor accounting processes and controls and document policies and procedures.

Your Qualification and Educational Requirements:
​
-
Attained professional accountancy qualification. (CPA, ACCA, ACA)
-
Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping packages, ideally, Sage Accounts Production, Sage 50 Accounts, CORE and ROS.
-
The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work on own initiative, have excellent attention to detail, good people skills, highly organised and a genuine desire to be a trusted advisor to business clients.

Part Qualified Accountant
Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts preparation.

Prepare financial statements and audit exempt working papers.

Complete accounts files; bring assignments to completion.

Operating software packages to record and retrieve information using Sage Accounts Production, Sage 50 and excel.

Desirable attributes

Part qualified ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification.

Hands-on experience with MS Office and accounting software. (Sage an advantage)

Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role.

Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
Responsibilities

Bookkeeping for a variety of clients, including bank reconciliation.

Reconciling debtor and creditors monthly.

Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly.
-
Preparation of annual accounts to trial balance stage.
-
Preparation & Submission of VAT Returns.

Preparation & Submission of RCT Returns.
-
Processing weekly / monthly payrolls.

Desirable attributes

Bookkeeper with 3+ years experience.

Hands-on experience with MS Office and accounting software. (Sage an advantage)
